This template is a remake of 999999999s "X0004000X" techno masterpiece, in this project only Roland 303 and kick2 was used as an external VSTi plugin, it have also percussions made with operator.
The drums: was made with abletons 909 drum-kit, the hi-hats was carefully EQd matching the original track hi-hats,
The kick is made with Sonic Academy kick 2 for easier control of the frequencies, almost cloning the kick from the original.
The rumble: with the kick made on kick 2 bounced to audio delayed without the transients, leaving only the frequencies from 60hz to 130hz.
The drones: using the 303 trough a reverb and filter modulation to create the resonant effect like in the original, 3 different layers was used to make sure the mids and the high mids wasn't phasing.
The acid: multiples channels of Roland 303 was used in this one, lots of filter automation drive depth and resonance matching the original track.
VSTi was used to assure compatibility across Mac and windows.
