Deep Progressive House Logic Pro X Template: EDM Sessions EP109
In episode 109 our house Mikas is making a Deep Progressive House track in Logic Pro X using a pre-composed MIDI chord progression. We start with the pad and then work on adding a bass line using the same key progression, after some trial and error we get a smooth bassline with a good pattern. We then add some chord plucks and select a proper preset from alchemy and then place it in the mix.
We then continue building the song by recording a smooth melody that works perfectly in the song, it adds some melancholy and drama to what we already have. We then record an other synth with a very single note and easy pattern. We then add a delay designed instance to this simple key melody to create movement in the stereo field.
We then program more percussion to complete our Deep Progressive House Groove! We then add a bass pad to make the low end fuller and richer. We then mix the song from scratch to put the elements where they belong.
