for episode 69 we make a tech progressive house from a beat we previously programmed in Logic Pro X, we first set up the DAW to 126 BPM and 48000KHZ. We begin with composing a bassline, using musical typing and recording the MIDI from the Alchemy synth. We create a simple bass sequence that is the perfect match for our techy beats. We then record a fat bass pad with more movement to accentuate the low-end vibes. We then replicate the bass pad part and use an eclectic organ preset that fits well out tech progressive theme. Adding two more synth layer we define the character of this song one step further. We then get lucky creating a simple chord and turn up the arpeggiator. We get something that resembles the late 90' Underworld and Deep Dish sound. This turned into a superb musical moment. Lastly, we move on to the main lead! May the sounds be with you!
